Yesterday was Norway’s National Day and I didn’t have a Bunad (their traditional attire). I hastily crammed making some earrings in the colors of the Norwegian flag and improvised by attaching it to one of my existing earrings from Pandora.

I wanted it to be round but ended up making it into somewhat like a bell because I was rushing to finish it and get ready for the festivities. Overall, they weren’t perfect but I was happy by how it turned out. I was also glad that I could wear something to celebrate the occasion since I didn’t own a Bunad.

It was a fun day. And now I feel like I want to make more earrings!
